I agree with others. One cigarette will lead to more. QUIT You can easily stop since you only smoke one. I smoked a LOT for a lot of years and just stopped 4 years ago. I did it cold turkey by setting my mind to it. I believe the mental addiction is as bad as the physical but it can be done. I can't believe how much better if breathe, walk and feel in general and I can tell you I can not stand the smell of it on others and cannot believe I subjected others to the odor of cigarettes on me. Stop now before it is too late.

uh, let me think.... YEA!!! Each time you smoke a cigarette you cut eight minutes of your life!!! It makes you look and feel 15 years older. It causes the heart to become over-sized, blackened, and may make a hole, it effects the lungs alot!! And you may end up like the people who have a hole in the neck-it was because they smoked to much. You may not call yourself a smoker cause you smoke only one, but even if you smoked one in your whole life you would still be called a smoker... Cigarettes ruin people lives, and people who smoke do not set a good ro-model for anybody, you smoke around people who dont smoke probably, but they get it worse than you, because, they get the side stream in which they inhale unknowingly and you breath out which still effects u but effects them more...
