You could try baby lotion. Its really gentle on the skin. You need to make sure if you buy lotion you get one made for sensitive skin and with no fragrance in it. Aveeno and Lubriderm make good lotions for sensitive skin.

Apply 2 tablespoon raw milk on the face and neck or where ever it is dry and leave it to dry. Wash off with cold water. This helps to get soft skin. Drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated and use a face pack of ripe bananas and honey. You can find more cheap, effective and natural home remedies for dry skin at the link below.

Don't put lotion on her scalp unless it's specifically made of it. Most lotions (even 'baby' lotions) have alcohol in them and actually hurt more than help. Try a small amount of baby oil on her scalp for a minute before gently combing out the cradle cap with a fine tooth comb.

You may want to try Elta Lite Lotion. Its great for sensitive skin and a little bit goes a long way. When I put it on in the morning, its lasts me practically the whole day.
The only down side is that is a little expensive but in my opinion, its worth it.
Here is the web site : http://www.buyelta.com/elta_lite_face_hands_body.html
Good Luck!!!!!

Get a 'scent-free' type of lotion.
Other suggestions:
Emu oil - VERY good for sensitive skin but expensive
Cornhusker's lotion - cheap but good hand lotion.

Aveeno lotion.... Sometimes my hands wil get a lot drier than normal, and when i use my bath and body works lotions it makes it worse... but i use my parents unscented Aveeno lotion for that. It works for that and doesn't sting your hands.

Olive oil. I am alergic to frangrance, perfumes, dyes, etc. I have to wash using the mildest soaps (such as pure and natural, neutrgena frangrance free face bar, oatmeal bars, etc). I have to wash my clothes in ALL free and clear with a second rinse, and I can only use certain creams. Olive oil has become my best friend! Try it out!
