i have missed my period last week so its only been a week but my periods are always on time i took a test last week and it was neg, but i am having all the symptoms of being pregnant like neasea in the morning and at night, food cravings....it it just be to early to tell???

The best way to find out is to get a blood test. Home tests are VERY fallible, while blood tests are 99.9999% effective.
It isn't necessarily too early to tell--some women can tell before they even miss a period!--but it is a bit early for MOST women.
I would wait another week before really worrying.

Yes... go with your gut.. I just had a baby in December..
In early April I had a few signs of pregnancy.. I knew I was.. took a box test twice and it was negative.. went to the doctor and I got a blood test.. it was also negative.. I was baffled.. because I was so sure I was pregnant.. so I waited 2 weeks and tested again... sure enough it was positive that time..
Just wait a couple of weeks..

It may be too early...or that test could be wrong (wouldn't be the first time)...I would wait a week and test again, or go to the doctor for a blood test.

If you have reason to believe your pregnant take a test. If your late just take one. Buy a box that has two and take one now and take one first thing in the morning because the first mornings urine is best!

It is quite early to be able to tell. But if I were you I would be careful just incase you are and in about a few weeks I would take another pt. Good luck.

it sounds like youre pregnant, and since you were supposed to get your period a week ago..you are able to take a pregnancy test.

I WOULD SAY TO TRY ANOTHER TEST SOME TIMES IT IS TO EARLY TO TELL IF NOT I WOULD GO TO MY OB/GYN YOU CAN ALSO HAVE PERIODS WHILE PREGNANT SO I WOULD JUST SEE YOUR DOC
