Over eating in only one day wont cause you to gain weight. And if you ever do decide to binge, enjoy the food, don;t regret it! Studies show that feeling bad about giving in to foods will actually cause you to gain more weight than if you enjoyed them. Its ok to indulge every now and then, just make sure you enjoy it. :)

Don't stress the small stuff. Unless you're just sitting around all the time your body should have no problem burning off 415 calories in your normal day activities, if you're that worried then do an hour some form of exercise. 415 extra cal one day is nothing to worry about. I am 4'10'' and I weigh 110 pounds and that is a healthy weight for my height (even at my weight and size I still have people tell me that I am too skinny and underweight) so even if you gain a little you are not going to be overweight.

You and I are both fourteen and its definetly not right to be counting every calorie we take in (unless if you are trying to gain or lose weight medically, which Im trying to gain weight perscribed by a doctor). You should be more focused on having fun with your friends rather than calculating every calorie to enter your body. It just takes out the fun of everything! And anyways, if you go to mypyramid.com, it depends on how much physical activity you do, but we should be consuming around two thousand calories a day anyways. So dont worry, and indulge in food every once in awhile. If it really makes you uncomfortable to eat so differently than you usually do, think "Do I really want this?" before you eat something.

Do you exercise?
You may increase a little your regimen for a day or two . . but most importantly, lessen by a little bit your caloric intake for a couple of days also.
By the way, I see that you are 5'3 and weigh 98 pounds.
Seems to me, that having consumed 2 thousand and 15 calories ONE day is hardly having eaten an elephant!
Are you overly concerned about your weight, especially because our society has imprinted on our mind an ideal?
If so, I'd worry far less about having taken in more calories in one day than you'd usually do - and be more concerned, you do not obsess so, about what is sociably acceptable.

I don't think that an occasional 'slip up' is cause for concern.
If you are interested in learning more about maintaining a healthy weight, nutrition and exercise, you might try this web site.
In the mean time make sure you are drinking 8 glasses of water a day and go for walks to keep you in a good frame of mind and feeling better.

Are you serious? When I was a teenager, I never counted calories or anything. I ate ALL the time, I was always hungry. Stop worrying about your weight. You are only 94 lbs!! The only way you will gain weight is if you eat junk food all day and are not active at all, and at your age, I am sure you are plenty active!!

Give yourself a break. One day is no big deal - really. If you would consistently overeat (and I mean fried, crappy junk food) then you would have a problem. If you feel so bad about it, ride your bike for an hour, dance to some of your favorite songs, or go for a run. You will not gain weight as a result of this one binge.

Honey, try not to stress too much. We all have "pig out" days once in awhile. Any weight gain you see on the scale will be water weight, as it takes 3500 calories OVER what you eat to maintain your weight to gain one pound. Chug the water like there's no tomorrow to flush out your system and you'll be fine!

OMG... at your age you shouldn't be counting calories. you seem a little too concerned. your body weight and your height appear to be in the very normal percentile. forget you even splurged for a day... and splurge more often, by eating healthy snacks. as you get older if you obsesses like you are now you may become anorexic. steer yourself clear of any eating disorder, and enjoy being young and healthy. and if you do develop an eating disorder please get professional help.
