There are very few contraindications to rhinoplasty. The things that would prevent a surgeon from doing this procedure on you include if you have very bad:
o Heart - multiple heart attacks, heart failure, badly leaking heart valves (murmurs) etc.
o Lungs - very bad Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease - or any bad lung disease for that matter - would prevent you from having your operation
o Any other severe medical condition - usually to do with liver or kidneys might exclude you

The last exclusion would be usually applicable to cosmetic rhinoplasty - if you have a body dysmorphic disorder and it is thought that cosmetic rhinoplasty is not likely to bring about a satisfactory outcome.
