mustard, cheese, or if your like me, youd love sweet and sour sauce on your chicken sandwhiches! and another thing most people think it wierd, but i think is great for a change is onion ring sauce, im not sure where you get this stuff besides at Burger King or the Outback steak house. but heres a recipe i use for making it...it might sound nasty, but believe me its not lol
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 teaspoons ketchup
1 1/2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and chill for at least an hour before using.

Makes 1/2 cup.

Hope you find something to satisy your taste buds!

Try some different flavored mayos like garlic or chipotle. You can also try deli mustard. Grey poupon etc...

Another idea is to use Salsa. Not Hot sauce...but chunky salsa or even Pico de Gallo.

Either basil or sun-dried tomato pesto. YUM! I love the combination of those and chicken. You'll never go back to mayo.

Add a dash of curry powder and a dab of chutney.

A splash of sweet and sour salad dressing is good.

Cranberry mustard is yum on chicken.
