Go to the book store and purchase a PDR "Physician's Desk Reference" it list every known prescription drug, it's class and it's use.

There is a book called: Complete List of Prescription and Over-the Counter Drugs. You can find it at Barnes and Noble or Amazon.com.

Any place that sells books. There's one called "The Pill Book" (I know, clever, right?) Look in the reference section. You may even find it at kmart or Walmart, etc..
The official book is called "Physicians Desk Reference" PDR. I don't know if you can buy that.

go on line and punch in prescription drugs. they will take you from a-z of the drug world. all good search engines have them , try yahoo

you could also try web MD. The PDR is probably your best bet although to purchase it would be very expensive.
