I agree with the others. No you do not have sexually transmitted herpes. Lysine is a great product. I have used it for two years and it has really made a difference. Are you stressed out? This can sometimes cause a canker sore. Also, what have you been eating? Keep track of when these spots appear. Maybe you are sensitive to the acids in the foods you might be eating. Eating lots of tomatoes, drinking orange juice, or eating pineapple does the same to me.

Yes. Sounds like a Canker sore which is a form of herpes. Don't worry, almost everyone has that form in some way. It is not the same of the sexually transmitted version. Try taking
L-lysine. L-lysine can be used to treat mouth and genital lesions caused by herpes simplex virus as well as shingles caused by herpes zoster viruses. Taking lysine supplements can speed recovery time and reduce the chance of recurrent breakouts of the herpes infection.

It sounds like a cankersore. I used to get them al the time as a kid. Use Dr. Tischner's antiseptic, it will kill any and all germs in your mouth, however DO NOT use it straight from the bottle; it must be diluted with water first.

Have you hit or bumped your mouth?? My 6yr old daughter had a bump similar to yours a couple of moths ago. The Dr. said it was caused by injury, I asked her and it turned out she had had hit her mouth on her bed rail. The dr. then said, since you can't bruise inside your mouth, these bumps came out instead. She did complained it hurt, but after about 2.5 weeks it went away.

You probably do. You should have your parents look at it and if it gets worse, go to the doctors.
