My friend has 1/2 a litter of milk(w/little coffee),a wheat toast & maybe a slice of cheese 4 breakfast. At lunch he eats pumpkin(seeds and skin)w/ bean sprouts &other veggies(sometimes 2 grilled eggwhites),after that he has 2 lowfat yogurt w/ an apple(seeds and skin). At 5pm (what he had 4 brekfast), goes 2 d gym(boxing includes 30min of running) or just out 4 a run( which can last for an hour.non stop).4 dinner sometimes meat w/ veggies(preferably no carbs)& then the 2 low fat yogurts w/ d apple.Sometimes I feel he doesnt eat sufficient carbs(he doesnt eat any type of dessert,or candy)and only eats pasta like twice a week4 dinner.
Even though he is fit(nice arms and abs),(5¨´8 150pounds).He looks skinny and people tell it to me.He says he feels great!.HE HASnt had a COLD in like 4 years!!he never gets sick! Should I let him be w/ his eating? He suffered anorexia for a year, but now he just eats healthy...should I worry or imitate his healthy style?
Is this man(32yr) a healthy one?

Well I cannot tell if he is healthy (having recovered from anorexia and all) but I can tell you that his diet sounds pretty well rounded. Why do you think he needs more carbs? He's getting them from his veggies and the occasional plate of pasta. And there is absolutely nothing wrong with not eating candy. You need not be worried about his diet, that is for sure.

his diet is very low in fat which is not healthy and genereally lacking in fruits in veggies. i've seen a lot better and definetly a lot worst diets.

eating healthy and exercising regularly does have a huge impact on the immune system. I think the last time that I was in bed for more than a day was when I got the chicken pox and that was back in '83.
