Contact VNA (visiting nurses association) or an agency that has nurses and C.N.A.'s come out to your home. Usually they have P.C.P.(personal care providers). A PCP will come out and clean your home, do your laundry, cook your meals and do your shopping. If you are on medicaid then they will pay for them to come out to your home.
