she made love with her student who is ten years younger than her. but they are enjoying very good sex life. they having sex almost every day after tution finished. she wants to marry him. but he is still schooling at his age of 16. what is the solution for this?

She can get married and support him thru studies in some places with boys parents blessing, she needs to see a lawyer now, she may not be able to teach in future so she must protect her earning capacity.

Things happen but penalty can ruin two life.

Love to my mind is the CARE from all angles not the sex part, sex is temporarely satisfying the immotional and physical emotions ..If they have got involved into this act of sex they should not think of marriage, because marriage is a very pious relation of sharing every moment of daytoday life span.

First of all, love has no number. If she's interested then she might want to wait till he is of legal age. What she is doing now is wrong and does the students parents know about this? If their both in love they both should come upon an aggreement to wait till he's older and to save her job.

First of all that is stupid of her, she can' get a man her own age. She shouldn't be leading that boy on that only leads to headach an hurt. Tell your friend to date someone his own age, do his parent know about him. Also call the police on her.

For a lawful marriage she should wait till he attains 21. Some cultures consider the teachers equal to parents. Indian culture guru/shish is very rich in teacher/student dignified relations. However:

All unwed sexual activities (pre/post/extra marital), homosexual acts, & other perverted sexual acts are specifically forbidden in Islam. In Islam, unwed voluntary sexual intercourse also is a great sin and heinous crime against government/society punishable with publicly lashing/ death by pelting stones.

Muslims firmly believe and strictly practice the teachings/commands of their holy book Quran & their Prophet, which is their Code of Life at all times/places. They have the written, clear and unambiguous teachings to guide righteous or wrongs, pious or evil, fair or unfair, etc. Islam strictly forbids corruption, bribery, dishonesty, unwed sexual activities, telling a lie, theft, murder, injuring bodily/mentally, pre/extra marital sexual relations, inequality among people, etc. Islam commands rights of women, neighbors, animals, relatives, general public, etc. Muslims follow them blindly in matters of responsibilities, liabilities, rights, daily life, marriage, private & public relation, business, trade, earning & spending, etc. and do the righteous and refrain from bad. Anybody may read, satisfy, accept and practice it.
