I think Adam there is just poking fun at you. I am not aware that we actually have a specific symbol for that. Maybe you could draw the something representing the Eucharist like the Host and chalice. Or maybe just use something nice like a pretty rainbow or sunshine. Confirmation represents something close to a new beginning or a greater understanding. Nice question though. I have never heard it and never thought of it myself.

A thumbs up if you are drawing. Or if you want to go further, 3 flares usually do it. How about a signal mirror, or a radio.
These all can be taken as a signal of confirmation of something. Like mission accomplished.

Edit: Yes, David is right. I am just messing around. Don't mind me.

Exactly what kinds of symbols.. The only one I can think of is the Oil... I believe it's supposed to symbolize the Holy Spirit, because when you get confirmed, the Priest/Bishop or whoever is confirming you says,"Be sealed with the Holy Spirit"... or something along the lines of that..

How about a flame or a dove? Or a combination of the two?

A quick Google Image search under "holy spirit" will bring up lots of ideas for you to work with.
