Yes, correct, shower daily. Generally within 5 minutes of a nice warm shower, that was soaped throughly, you'll see the rash go away.

Neutrogena Acne Mark Fading Peel. I've had acne since I was 12. I'm 30 now and still am cursed, but I started using that Fading Peel and my skin is the smoothest and clearest it's been my whole life!! It smoothed out most of the acne scarring and cleared up any discolorations or blotchiness I had from acne. (And I haven't had a zit in I don't know how long!) Man, I love that stuff!!

It is important to use skin friendly products and not pinch the pustules so that there are no scars formed. A good soap like Neutrogena or Cetaphil is recommended. Mild oil free skin creams should only be used . This link should provide more remedies.

Pimples are caused when bacteria get into the pores on your face (or body). Once the bacteria get into the pores, they polymerize the oil in your pores and turn it into a thicker "oil" that doesn't flow anymore. This polymerized oil collects with dirt, clogs and blocks the pores and forms pimples and blackheads.

The BEST thing you can do is to wash your hands and face every couple of hours with warm soap and water to remove the oil. In addition to this, wash your face after every meal and before you go to bed. Even wash your face after every snack. Also keep your hair out of your face AND keep your hands away from your face.

it's called Rosacea... it went away for me on it's own.. (i have light skin)... though it never looked really bad....

when you get older, it's going to be the one thing that helps keep you younger looking longer... hehe...
