I'm not familiar with that specific area, but I do know that all of the photographers I use come from Pictage. It is a website where professional photographers can go to display their clients' pictures from events. You can do a search for any criteria and they all have portfolios and/or websites that you can search through.

Try the knot.com and look in your local area..... that's how I found my photographer, florist and everything.
But to give you a rough idea
Florist- $1,000 (just for bridemaids, not centerpieces)
Photographer $2,000
Hairdresser $500
