Fruit pulp is bulky and helps to keep you regular. Fruit is also lower in sugar than processed fruit juices. If your trying to save calories and increase fiber skip the juice and eat fruit.

If you drink a glass of juice, you are consuming more than 1 helping of the fruit, not getting the same fiber, getting more calories, and you would drink the juice much faster than the washing, peeling, cutting of the fruit, thereby again adding calories.
