One of my bosses is very cocky and strict, but he likes to play jokes on people. He thinks he is the best and I just want to play one on him that will blow him away but I don't want him to know it was me. Got any ideas?

Do as they do on "The Office". When he is away from his desk, steal his cell phone and throw it above in the ceiling tiles, and keep calling the cell phone. It'll drive him nuts.

We had a employee that was a drinker with a heart condition, that hit the bar for hours on the clock(with this boss's permission). Someone called up the boss and said that this guy had a heart attack in the bar and asked what he should do................

First take a quarter and run a pencil all around the outside edges of it. (so it has lots of lead around edge)
Then go ask him, "Can I read into your future?" (Think of good line why you want to. Find a way to make him go along with it.)
Take the quarter go up and down his face (Head, nose all the way down to chin)
And as you are doing that (Only 2XS down) everyone but him will see he has lead all down his face! LOL
Then tell him his future: "Today will be a happy day and all is in good spirits. People will be laughing with you and not at you in all the days to follow"!
They will too, and you forever.
Because all day long he will walking around with this jet black line down his face.
It is a good joke for that person who always feels he or she has to be one above anyone else. LOL
