Best advice I can give is to drink WATER!!! It is SO good for you. People don't realize how many empty calories are in soft drinks and bottled iced tea. I drink water 98% of the time. I usually only allow myself a diet soda if I'm out to eat, which isn't often. Keeping your body hydrated is one of the best things you can do for yourself. It flushes your body out, keeps your kidneys functioning properly, keeps your skin healthier, and makes you feel better. I try to drink at least 64oz/day and if I fall short on my water in-take, I can feel it.

Eliminating sugary soft drinks and replacing them with water is something that EVERYONE will benefit from and one of the main keys to losing weight and maintaining a healthy body.

Take all of these to a toxic waste recycling plant as they are toxic wastes and then thoroughly clean your home, furniture and carpets with the safer products.
