I usually only have one a day if that. It's more like one every other day or so. If I exercise and keep a healty diet do you think that I'll still be able to keep my tasty treats???

Maybe I should add that It's not "coffee" that I get. I tend to get the sweet creamy drinks like frappicinos and other blended drinks. My specific fave is the white chocolate mocha frappicino. I don't only go to places like starbucks, they are just my favorite. I also drink alot of java dave's blended drinks. It's not an everyday thing, just and I usually have them with something healty like sushi.

Totally. Coffee is good for you in moderation--a Starbucks every other day is perfect moderation. (It's better than drinking 2+ a day like some people I know.) Just make sure to tip the balance in favor of really healthy foods--that way you can keep your coffee and your diet more equal.

What kind of coffee are you ordering? If you're ordering a giant Mocha everyday, thats not going to help you lose weight. I highly recommend switching to Americano's - its basically coffee with shots of espresso in it - put a little cream in it and you're good to go. They have significantly less calories and are about half the price of lattes or mochas.

Just make sure you're also flushing your body with plenty of water after the Starbucks Treats. Those coffee's you like have a ton of caffeine in them which is not good for the body. It messes with some of your bodies natural chemistry. It sounds like you keep it to a minimum as it is, just don't go crazy.
Best of luck to you!

Learn to drink your coffee black, it has 0 calories. It is the cream and sugar that are the problem. OR get a non fat latte it is actually good for you and has about 100 calories.

yes, dieting means to eat in moderation and to exercise---it doesn't mean we have to give up everything we love
if the drink is really high in calories then do an extra workout or run or swim to burn it off

Coffee isn't going to hurt your diet or exercise program. Its all the excess crap they put in the fru-fru drinks that will get you.
