Sit-ups and push-ups work for me. Pull-ups are good too, that is if you are not over weight!

arms and back- Push ups, pullups, weight lifting ( you can use milk jugs full of water or sand) .
abs- sit on the floor, legs straight in front of you, rock back with your arms overhead (you should be in a V shape) and then bring your arms and legs in to ward your chest. It's kind of a modified crunch. Also, you can lay face down on the floor, arms over head (like you are flying) and do flutter kicks- raise both legs and your chest off of the floor, and do a little "swimming motion" with your arms and legs. This will work your back, so be careful not to overdo it.

sit-ups/ leg lifts for abs..

get you a weight of some kinds... then you need a bench or foot stool of some kind.. place your right knee right hand on the tools.. ... your hand should almost touch the floor... pick up the weight and pull it toward your chest with SLOW steady pulls and SLOWLY let it back down.. this will build your chest, wing, back muscles...

do curls for arms.......
remember the only time your building muscles is when your muscles is to tired to pick the weight your lifting... dont over do it..

but dont under do it or your wasting your time
