If your concept of Christianity was formed based on the literalist/fundamentalist/ view, sure, I can understand why you think it is overrated. After all, there’s nothing to know beyond the literal.
It is NOT overrated for anybody who has ever known God’s love and looks at Faith as a journey of continual discovery. There is nothing in life that is more worthwhile and rewarding.

NO WAY!!!!!! Christianity is NOT overrated. It is powerful and I think if more people fell towards it the world would be in a lot better shape. We let society tell us what is right and wrong but Christianity tries to avoid the lies of society.

I think that the people who voice out against Christianity are overrated--why not let people alone, and let them live their lives the way they want to. Live and let live is the way to go.
