A Google search for "Nothing in Life is Free"(NILIF) and following the directions you get there will help a lot. If you have not got a crate for this dog, get one - and be sure to introduce her to the crate positively! This is a crucial step - she has already got a lot of anxiety, it seems, so you want to feed her in there, throw treats in there, and always make that crate a good place to be. This will probably mean that you don't even shut the door on that crate for the first week or so.
For the snarling - you'll want to train an "Off!" behavior - invite her to get up on the bed, say "Yes!" and be sure she sees you tossing an amazing treat on the floor. As she jumps, say "Off!" and then repeat. She will learn (through many repetitions) that it's very rewarding to follow your "Off!" direction!
Also, using herbal supplements that reduce anxiety will help. Does she have chewies and things so that she has something to do, instead of following you around?

Other than the snarling that sounds like pretty typical behavior. You can train dogs out f those behaviors. However I find it unusual for a dog that exhibits the behavior of snarling at you to be trying to follow you everywhere and needing your companionship. If that is what is actually occurring then your dog believes that it controls you. Don't be afraid of your dog. Control it.

Obviously you've previously allowed her in your room, on the bed, in the bathroom with you. Yes? Now you just expect her to stop? You're gonna have to re-train, and it doesn't happen over night.
