recently i always feel like "i'll be better if i'm alone"....
i dont wanna go somewhere else....
even dont wanna have a lil chat even with my best friends....

Allow yourself to be crabby every now and then. Fighting your natural mood makes it worse. Just quietly admit to yourself that you are moody and that it is perfectly OK to be that way. The funny thing is that acknowledging it and letting it be OK with you actually helps to lift your spirits (weird, I know).

Depression. It's the time of year. This to will pass. Tan when you have a chance or lay in a window with sun shinning down on you. Eat vitamin D B-12 and B-6 these also will help. Give it two weeks you should see a difference. Make your self have contact with friends weather you want to or not so you don't get worse. If it gets really bad you can go on meds but I think its the time of year. Give this a try before you do meds they can have awful side effects.

Sounds like clinical depression, I had it, but I'm on meds now. They work. Go see a shrink.
