Well i am a chef and i tell you now that flu is nothing like food poisoning ok but it also depands wot has cause you get food poisoning in the first place it could range from being sick to goin to the loo all time or even both at the same time and there are many more things that you could have if unsure on what you have the you go to the websit i have given you

I have had bad food poisoning once and I could tell right away it was not the flu... I had a fever, blood in my stool and the cramps were absolutely atrocious....

With the flu you do not have GI problems. With food poisoning you have a lot of GI problems.
