i am 14 5'3.5'' and i weight 98 pounds how long would i have to run on a treadmill and how fast to burn a total of 425 calories?

Hi if you have never run before then you cant just suddenly start running ,did you know that walking on a hillclimb on a treadmill burns just as much ,you dont go as far in distance but you burn lots of calories ,in your question i would say you would have to run for about an hour or you could do 10 minutes at running then 10 at hill climb ,hope that helps you xxx

Eat more carrots and sausage patties and then you will have something to work off!!

You DON'T need to burn calories at that height adn weight. You are probably lovely and fine where you are. If you continue to try and loose weight you may do damage to your reproductive system (that is, maybe your body would not be able to have babies or nurse a baby.)

Wait until you are 20 something to go on a diet. Or ask your parents or doctor what you should do. They know your situation.

besides the fact that i don't even think you should be running in the first place, treadmill isn't also the best way to handle the weight loss.
buuut the avarage (it may depend on the treadmill) is for 1 hour, you burn somewhere around 300 calories
so to be on the safe side, about an hour and a half

You are underweight if you are that tall. Why do you want to burn that many calories. Basically sweets, If you sit down for 4 hours and read a book, your body will naturally burn that many calories.

use the functions on your treadmill that allows you to run diffirent speed and different inclines. i do this for about 30 minutes and i lose 415-476 calories a run. but i need to tell ya that i think you are a lil to small for you height and weight.

Don't, you don't need to burn calories at that weight and height. You need to do some cardio exercise for your health but not to loose weight. Try a fun sport, tennis or softball.

doesnt matter you dont need to lose weight. your bmi is 17 which is wayyyyyy under the limit of obeisity. unless you are a professional athlete you dont need to lose weight. Instead of losing weight make muscle.
