ok i remember when i felt just like u except i was the girl in the situation. first off dont panick and stay calm dont worry yourself to much about it. ok first u have to take it slow and maybe just kiss her softly on her lips then when your kissing her you open your mouth a little and slowly stick your tongue into her mouth but do it slowly so u kno she wants to make out to. then all u really do is kinda play wit her tongue and be gentle. then later once yall have made out a few times u could try softly biting on her lower lip but very softly cuz again u dont wanna hurt her. i was scared my first time to and i had no idea wat to do but it really just came naturally.
