ok so i have been dating this guy for about 3 months and we still havent kissed...i dont know if i scare him or what? some of my friend say im out of his league but i love him so much what do i do and is there a way to let him know

3 months is not all that long. He wants to kiss you, naturally....but is afraid of how you will react. You need to let him know you want him to kiss you. A good clue would be for you to kiss him. Or just do the 'accidental' put your faces very close together trick.

go out on a date with him under the moonlight. try under a tree. then start to make your move. if he backs away he's just nervous. and yes theres a way. tell him in a poetic way. write a poem and kinda disguise your feelings. but not too much or else he wont take a hint. maybe say something in it like,"your eyes are like stars twinkling in the air, your lips are lucious like sweet candy" something like that. trust me. ive won 5 national poetry contests all published.lemme know how it works out.
