Caramel Apple Cider
1 1/2 cups apple cider
1 1/2 tablespoons caramel sauce or caramels, dip
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Whipped Cream
Combine apple cider, caramel and vanilla into a sauce pan.
Heat over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until apple cider is hot and caramel has melted. Pour into a mug top with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel.

Buy a box of Hot Apple Cider mix at Walmart or other grocery store, then mix with hot water. If you want some alcohol in it, substitute 1/2 the water with wine.
Alternately, heat up some apple juice and add sugar/honey and a stick of cinnamon.

It isn't really a recipe. I put cider in the crock pot and add cinnamon sticks and whole cloves. A bit of spiced rum is a nice addition as well. I know that Watkins (and probably others) sell a spiced cider mix of spices that you can put in a pice of muslin or netting and float in the cider as well. Good luck!
