try the ABS diet..... It's a book and it's very easy...... I lost 19 pounds in 3 months by just eating the foods in the book.
I know I sound like I'm plugging this book, but it really does work.
If you don't want to buy the book, my recomendations would be:
Cut out fried food, and anything with high-fructose corn syrup, eat lots of protein, lean turkey, chicken, lean beef. No pork or ham, because of the high sodium content.
drink tons of water and anything you eat with carbs from starch, switch up to multi-grain.
eat lots of low-fat or non-fat dairy( because calcium is good for you) and look into omega-3 containing items, such as eggs and peanut-butter, and flax seed in ground form........
just soem of the things I do that work, but seriously check out that book, it has lots of actual facts on why most fad diets do not work.........
