True love comes at you at different times then it may for some other people. You cannot wait for it or it will not come- you have to let it approach you when it's ready.
Many people think that they have found true love when they feel some sort of emotion, for example, in a compicated relationship. I have heard many stories of girls having boyfriends who go as far as beating them, and the girl knows that her boyfriend had a difficult childhood. So the girl says "We can work things out" because she thinks it's true love. But it is false. She feels an intense emotion that she thinks is love but it is only pain. But there are exeptions of course. And the point I'm trying to make it that it's not a question if you have true love, and in the words of The Hills, "Love is not a maybe thing. You know if you love somebody."
So:
1. Don't look for it
2. Don't ignore it when you think you found it
3. Make sure what you're feeling truly is love
4. Make sure he/she feels the same to avoid a one-sided love issue

I would have to say that my true love came to me when I least expected it.. and It was True love we are married and very happy so give it time but don't go looking you'll only find Mr. Wrong!! Trust me that has happen a time or two. and then I just gave up and then there he was right in front of me all along....

Don't be in a hurry. Look a little but not too much. One day you will meet a wonderful guy and he will make you happy. When you find this guy hold on to him through thick and thin. The whole when question is something that should not matter. It will happen when the timing is right. Be Patient and don't give up.
