Music! My son loves Cd's, he is 12 now, but has always loved music. Maybe a portable CD player and her favorite Cd. I know some might think she's too young, but she's not. How about some young perfume? Or Bath & Body Works lotions and bubble bath? A cool t-shirt, you can find those online. :) Good luck! I love shopping!

No, not make-up. Sorry but I think she can wait awhile longer for that!!
Are her ears pierced? Then earrings.
Does she like to read? Then a few of her favorite authors.
Maybe a journal to write in?
Clothing? All girls like clothes!
Take her to a movie or out to eat or to do something else she and you would both enjoy.
Get her a DVD or CD.

When I was that age I definintly wanted makeup. And I think that was my Bratz doll phase. But maybe she isnt into that kind of stuff. But still.
