this is what i do, and it works!!
lay straight out on ur back...whole body straight keeping ur arms straight behind ur head.
then take like a medicine ball or something heavy [i use a big shampoo bottle cuz its aboutt 4 pounds] and put that between ur feet. slowly rise ur legs up, keeping them straight, until they reach about halfway towards ur head. then rise ur arms up, keeping them straight, and grab whats between ur feet. then slowly bring ur arms and feet down at the same time. make sure to suck ur stomach in when doing this. just keep repeating grabbing the ball, or whatever u use.
when i watch tv everyday, il just do that during commercial brakes.
also u can buy special k cereal and meal bars and follow teh diet on the back of the box like me. u can lose 6 pounds in 2 weeks.
with doing that and the exercise u shud notice results pretty soon. cause u really dont need to lose much weight.
well good luck! =]

if you want to lose weight, improve your health generally, and have more energy then getting some nutritional help is vital. Once your body starts to absorb the right nutrients and vitamins and protein then you’ll be amazed how quickly you will feel the difference, usually within the first 48 hours if you get the right supplements and help. I had no energy and felt just generally rotten all round so I sought the advice of a nutritional coach (whose advice was FREE) and got myself some great products, I even got free samples before I got started so I could see just how good they were!! There is a website called myhealthabc.com If go on there and fill out the details page you will get a call with no pressure about what you need. There is a mall area as well that’s got some great info and its all set out with easy to follow headings so you can find what you want. It’s so easy and the stuff they have is excellent. I have been using their products for over two years and I feel great. I lost 70 pounds in less than seven months!! My sister lost 60 pounds in five months. The stuff is amazing

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

Exercise (running & pilate) + diet (try plain Cheerios/cut down sugar/eat smaller portion and eat more often) + colon cleaning.
I am also 5'4 and once weighted 145 and now 107. It doesn't happen over night. But keep working on it. You will get the result!

It depends on what you want to look like...if you want to look like Nicole Richie, just stop eating and do a lot of walking...you wont be able to run because you wont have the energy from the foods to do so. If you want to firm up (recommended), get a pilates ball, its really easy, you can work your abs all day long on that thing and not knowing, and your arms as well...Do a lot of cardio and running is the easiest way to shed, as well as tone up the legs...
Good Luck!

See a doctor before you go any further. You need to google a healthy weight/height chart. You are near the bottom I believe. If you want to lose weight, you might ask yourself why, and be honest.

According to the BMI calculator yours is 20.9. 19 to 25 is considered healthy, so it really doesn't seem like you need to lose weight. Is this more of an issue with problem areas (stomach, butt, thighs, etc)? Maybe what you need is toning, and cardio and weight training will take care of that for you.

You don't really need to, but you should eat a lot less junk food, eat foods with less cholesterol. Also eat healthy like salads and excercise for 1 hr a day and after a while you would have lost a lot of weight.
