Several people have asked me the name of the film school....It's Columbia College Hollywood. I think it used to be in Hollywood but they moved to the old Panvision building.

Living in Tarzana would be fine. However, as someone very familar with the entertainment industry, I am curious about where you will be attending school. I cannot think of a valid film school in Tarzana, so please be careful!

There's a film school in Tarzana? I'd like to know it's name.

Don't know what you can afford, but if it's an apartment, you'll do well in Tarzana, Encino, sherman Oaks, parts of North Hollywood.

What you don't want to do it live "over the hill" and commute. Unless you want to know what hell is.

Definitely in San Fernando Valley. Between the neighborhoods of Woodland hills to Sherman oaks. There are decent apartments north of Ventura Blvd, but South of Victory or Sherman blvds along that entire distance.

Then again there are many factors. Living conditions vary drastically across the valley depending on how much you wish to pay in rent.

Check out apartments in Tarzana on Collins Street. Reseda Blvd, and other areas in Reseda, maybe even Northridge.
