If I understand it correctly - You're now engaged to your current beau but you are still longing for a Crush. I've been there, I have to say that while it's best to be honest about your current relationship now......You need to understand that the past Ship may have sailed. If you always hold the past in your hands, you can never Truly receive what it is that's out there for you. You might tell your Current, that while you appreciate his gesture you realize that for now you got caught up in the moment and you really would like you two to have more time together. You might even tell him that you have some issues with the past still - being respectful of his feelings by telling the truth is Best.
As for the Crush, unless he is pursuing you - you'll just have to let that be a special moment in the past. Focus on what you want Now & you'll find happiness.

If you are not in love with this new guy, than why did you say yes to marrying him? I think if there are actually strong doubts, or you are not to into this new guy, you need to break it off. And why would you want to move on to your friends boyfriend? that's not very nice! what kind of friend are you? If he doesnt love you, and never has, but loves your friend...why do you want to break that off. Also, how can he be your old lover, if he never knew you were in love. I think you need to leave this guy your with, so you dont break his heart later on down the road, when you are cheating on him, and then you need to find a guy that you are actually into, that you dont have to steal from someone else.

definitely,do not get married if your still in love with the ex youll only regret it and every day your thoughts will be what if give yourself time to get over the ex and fall for the current or at least give yourself time to sort your feelings out!marriage is no joke,dont take it lightly once your in your in!!!!!
