well we broke up and are still good friends. I wanna go but I don't know if I should. Whats your opinion?

Why were you going to meet his family? Because you were his girlfriend?
You are no longer his girlfriend, so don't go. Pretty simple when you think about it.
And you're not good friends; that might come later. You may have parted on good terms, but give it some time before making the good friends comment.

Don't think you should go. Rarely does a guy take his "friend" to meet his parents. That is for the "girl friend".

If you want to go and he still wants you to go, then go. He can still introduce you as his friend. You would probably have slept in different rooms at his parents anyway.
