Are there any Java applications that are helpful in explaining why there was a problem in compiling.?

I have used JGrasp, Jcreator, and Eclipse. Eclipse is the most helpful of those in explaing what your problems are when compiling. Is there an application that is better. Kind of like a JAVA for idiots Something that gives simplier and more detailed information about what mistake you made.

the main problem with programming in java is just that, the compilers don't output good errors. it's ironic in that sense. some people feel that the language is easier to program in, but errors can take days to figure out. Any program that you feel is the easiest may or may not be, you're in the same boat as everyone else.
