I want the killer stomach you know flat and tight got any good work outs where you don't have to lay on your back. because sit ups and crunches hurt my back.

Sit-ups and crunches probably hurt your back bc your form is off. An exercise ball (about $10) might give you some relief. A good exercise to work your love handle area...stand up with your legs shoulder length apart. hold a light dumbell in each hand. Drop your arms straight down to your side. Bend your left side, sliding your left arem down toward your knee while sliding your right arm up along your rib cage (kind of like a pully system). Alternate sides. Your sides will ache th next day. Also, make sure that you pull your abs in doing routine daily activities (i.e. sitting on the computer, washing the dishes, walking, etc). This will help develop your abs and your posture. My last suggestion is to add some cardio...maybe a little light running or walking (keep those abs in) and/or some swimming.
