When you've had a disagreement with someone, whether it was physical or verbal, you either get resolve it or you don't. If you talk and resolve the issue, you've "made up".

Making up in the slane language means...Someone and you have got off on the wrong side like broken up or are mad at each other..Making up would be to do something between this time and to help you two to become friends or lovers again....or for you to forgive him or her so you two can talk again...

It basically means getting over the hardships in a relationship. You are coming to an understanding so that there will no longer be any arguments or disagreements.

If it is in the context I think you are talking about it means something along the lines of, when you are fighting with someone and you apologize and so does the other person, you have made up.

Making up?? That means when you have done something wrong to a significant other and you was in the wrong, you do something that shows her that you are sorry.
