Get naturally sourced phytonutrients and antioxidants, in amounts equivalent to those found in 10+ servings of fruits and vegetables.
Product Description
Leading health authorities tell us fruits and vegetables can help reduce our risk for a variety of cancers. That's why they say we need to eat from 5 to 9 servings a day. But who really does eat this much?
Nutrilite® Concentrated Fruits & Vegetables can help. It captures crucial phytonutrients from natural fruits, vegetables, and plants – enough to equal the amount found in 10+ servings – in just 2 easy-to-swallow tablets.
We also add our Nutrilite Plant Concentrate to the blend, and nobody makes plant concentrates better than we do. We choose the best fruits and vegetables, many from our own farms. We harvest them fresh, at maximum potency, when they're ripe with select phytonutrients. We've been doing it right for over 70 years and hold patents for many of our discoveries.

Vitamins can help but they shouldn't be the solution. Vegetables are one of, if not THE most important food groups. If you can, try to disguise them in various dishes, such as throwing them over some pasta or mixing them up in burgers. You really do need to be eating well to have a healthy pregnancy.

even with the consumption of prenatal vitamins you won't be getting enough vitamins and minerals so there will definetly be nutrient deficiencies in both of you.
you probably should have gotten your bad eating habits in check before getting pregnant.

If you care about your baby's health you will eat vegetables.
Eat them as dips or with tasty spices.
Try plugging your nose and eating them. I heard that helps.

eat them anyways.. if you don't like the way they taste.. cover them with something else....
like broccoli and putting some cheese sauce on it..
i don't like eating meat for the taste.. and i still eat it as if i dont' eat it i get anemic
sometimes you have to grow up and eat stuff you don't like for your health
and for your babies health
so suck it up and eat your veggies
