Lucifer and his fallen Angels were cast down to earth for their rebellion against God. The earth is the confinement of Satan (the Temptor) and his demons. Satan has no influence on anything that is not confined to this earth. But the nature of man is still sinful against God. The only thing that is lacking in space is the "temptation" to commit a sinful act.
