thanks for all the great answers. I just don't get it when you get along that great with someone and he left my house one night and I just never heard back from him. I mean no call no explanation or anything. I can take the getting blew off but not with out reason. I did call him the day after he left, because we usually spoke in the morning. And no answer and still no call back and its been a week... yeah I think I get the hint...lol

If you call, call once, then let them call you back. And if they don't call you back, maybe they were just being nice. Don't worry about it, you'll find someone else if this person doesn't work out.

No..do not call him because by blowing you off it's sending you a clear message that he does not give a crap about you. I'm not sure why he is blowing you off. However, after I slept with a guy after we were dating for a while he completely blew me off because all he wanted was the booty. Guys are lame. If he was interested in you he would of called you! Not calling is a guys was of saying "thanks, but I'm really not that into you" It's happened to me a few times when I was younger and I've learned my lesson. Also, reading that book "He's just not that into you" helped. Go find someone else that thinks you are great and does not blow you off! What a complete loser. Erase his number and don't accept his lame eXcuses...You deserve to be treated so much better.

I know exactly what you mean! I felt the same way then found out that I was falling into the trap that many people do. I found this really interesting book written by this lady that frankly I thought really didn't know what she was talking about at FIRST! Then as I read on I realized that every scenario she described happened just about exactly as she described it! It also has a lot of insightful reason TO call, or NOT to call..

I would give them a call because there may be something else going on so you could be jumping to conclusions. If they don't answer give them time to return the call if they still don't call you back you have your answer so you are going to have to move on

I would call to ask for an explanation. It could be something simple. If an explanation is not given, then they are not your friend.

Sure - you never know what might have happened. Perhaps there was a family emergency or they got sick. Don't automatically assume they just blew you off.

if it happens more than once call to let them know how you are feeling, but if you feel that this relationship is not right from the get-go let them go
