I am just wondering what are some good diets that will help me lose weight fast, without any exercising.

If you need to lose weight fast for a reunion or wedding or something, try a negative calorie diet. You can lose up to 14 lbs in 1 week if you follow it without cheating. Some foods like celery, cabbage, strawberries, etc... have negative calories. That means that it takes your body more calories to eat that certain food than that particular food has and you can eat as much as you want. It's not recommended to go on this diet for more than a week though. You can email me for recipes and the diet to follow if you are interested. I also read in a magazine the other week at the grocery store that eating raspberries helps you lose weight. Another trick I have tried was drinking a lot of water all day so your stomach is always full and you can't eat as much, but you'll be peeing all day

I know a couple of people who have tried this diet called the Apple Patch diet, said it works awesome if your not trying to lose huge amounts of weight. They lost on average between 15 and 40 lbs. This is serious - but "fatloss4idiots.com" absolutely works! It is worth the cost of signing up, I think it's $30 - but you WILL lose weight. They let you chose what foods you do and don't like then you print out a whole weeks worth of foods. If you follow what they tell you to eat, you will lose weight fast. Plus they have you eating 4 times a day & there is a cheat day allowed where you HAVE to eat whatever you want. (I'm not affiliated with the site at all, I'm just a big fan. It really worked for me & I've tried everything.)

Definitely Atkins! I lost 15 pounds within 2 weeks and I have kept it off for 3 years without ever exercising!!! It's tough to stick to because it's so strict, but it worked wonders for me. I couldn't exercise because of a physical disability, so I needed an alternative for losing some weight. This was a life saver! Good luck with whatever you choose!

swap out brown rice or quinoa yes even the new super food which both add up to about 220 calories per cup for cauliflower or roasted peppers that are only about 30 calories per cup
