How do you lose those flabby bits under your arm ermm i think some people call them bat wings hehe also what is a good way to tone your arms but not make them chunky? any ideas?

Rule of thumb: Less weigh more reps = lean tone. Heavy weight fewer reps = bulk. So it sounds like you want to tone without bulking up. Try this:
Take a 10 pound weight, hold it in both hands at one end of it, hold it up over your head and slowly drop it behind your head. Keep your elbows in at the sides of your head, DO NOT open (wing) your elbow out. Slowly bring it back up over your head and repeat 10-15 times. Rest for a few seconds and repeat this process for 3-4 sets.

Another thing you can try is: hold the weight in one hand, bend over and graps something with your other hand (I do this on a weight bench and have one knee and one hand on the bench, but a chair or a couch will work, too), keep your arm from shoulder to elbow straight along the side of your body and slowly move your hand back until it is even with the rest of your arm. Be sure to keep the top portion of your arm still.

Those are just a couple of tricep exercises that are easy to do. You can also do chair dips. Basically for the "giggle" arms you need to tone your tricep muscles. You should also do your biceps, too... for an all over toned arm.

Remember, do your triceps then your biceps. Always start from the largest to smallest muscles...

Swim.

A great aerobic workout, and works directly on the triceps (the muscle under you upper arm). As with other endurance type workouts, it won't bulk you up.

go to the gym and use arm machines.

Practice lifting weights (make sure they are not too heavy)

carry things up stairs

get these rings that u put around your arms and you have to motdion your arms in big cirlces. they can be done while watching TV or listening to music.

Dips are the best way and then getting 5 pound weightand lifting it over your head as manytimes as you can will trim the fat off.
