Actually not a bad question. With little known about the nature and context of the term God here, one can only really assume that the answer would have to be yes if we are basing our argument on the conception of a subjective universe. There can only ever be one viewpoint and that viewpoint is naturally the observer, in this case, our questioner. From his/her perspective, everything else is seen as external to him and the world has to be created by him/her through the use of his/her senses. From this point of view, he/she cannot be anything else than God, as everything is created subjectively. If however we subscribe to a view of God as seperate and above subjective understanding, and this is the case for most Christian believers (beyond all understanding) then the answer would be no, as anything which acts out and interacts with us mere mortals in the realm of subjective/objective reality cannot by definition be God.

It depends on what you mean by that word. In some sense, everything else is an intrinsic part of God;

I mean if only God ever existed before anything else, then everything else which is not God must have come out of him (including space-time, galaxies, stars, planets ets), sort of like procreation rather than creation because creation suggests forming something out of pre-existing matter but we know that NOTHING existed alongside God so He couldn't have creates us outside the substance of his own being!

We are sort of like his body cells (similar to sperm cells in humans wondering who a human being is), who knows! I believe God is the only reality, everything else could be one big illusion! Just like sperm cells are parts of us and yet do not know and may wonder about the real "us" behind our physical body (the sum total of our experiences that we are)

Yes. All human souls are in fact not individual but a single soul, called atman. Atman is exactly equal to the individual soul, is exactly equal to the sum totals of everyone's souls, and is exactly equal to God.

If you were you wouldn't have to ask. Just relax and enjoy being mortal it is much more fun than having to be all-seeing and omnipotent all the time. And you get time off to go on holiday.
