English is the best when spoken properly. American is a lazy version of English. Words should be finished off properly. i.e. Yellow...not yella..."Would you like a cup of tea," not "wanna cup a tea," etc, etc, etc.
The middle classes of England, generally speak the best English in the world, because their parents have been able to send their darlings to proper English Schools.
