I only have .........all purpose flour, milk, and butter
Can I fix pancakes with this?

I use about three cups flour
add an egg (not necessary)
add milk to the thickness/thinness I want
(I substitute buttermilk sometimes)
and then add about a tablespoon of melted butter
or cooking oil

You can use variations
like buckwheat
half and half
blueberries

ingredients-
*2/3 cup flour
*1/4 cup warm water
*3-4 minced scallions
*1/4 teaspoon onion powder
*sesame oil
* salt

directions-
combine flour, water, and onion powder to make a dough,and knead for 5 minutes or until smooth.

cover with an inverted bowl or damp towel and allow to rest for 45 miutes to an hour. Divid into 6 pieces and roll each into a 4 inch ball.

spread each with a thin coating of oil and sprinkle with the minced scallions and salt. Flatten and roll up jelly roll stylle. strech and pull lightly on boh ends to form ropes. Coil ropes around rolls and tuck ends under. place in oil for 20 minutes. (May be sorted in refridgerator up to 2 days)

Drain on paper toweling. Roll into flattend pancakes. Saute in skillet, browning slowly on both sides, adding oil as needed,. Cut into widges to serve.

i usually buy the packets of muffin mix for like a dollar and add milk to it and make pancakes that way.

you need eggs aswell and pinch of salt
