If your server serves and you get the point:
Again, Again, Again Again Again whoosh (you jump back and then on whoosh you kick back and stick your arms out crossed)

hey hope i can help. ive been playing vb for 4 years and these are some i know.........

we dont play with Barbie Dolls
we just play with Volleyballs
we dont wear no mini- skirts
we just ROCK our ______ (team name/mascot) shirts.


also,..........

you may be good at basketball
you may be good at track
but when it comes to volleyball,
you might as well step back
(during a small step routine)
cause we, we are the mighty, mighty ___________(team mascot)
and were gonna rock the team to a victory.....
