The IRS only keeps copies of W2 information for 10 years, You can get a record of earnings from The Social Security Administration

You'd have to get that from the employer. That's the only place unless you still have the copy of the return from that year.

Contact the employer if they are still in business. If not, you could try getting a copy from the IRS since you would have included it with your tax return.

Just a thought.
