Sure..do a power lifting workout....work at getting stronger and you will build mass....first of all, increase the weight you lift...think 3 sets of about 4 to 6 reps....then a 4th set of about 12 to 15 to flood the muscle with blood to help growth. Work the quads more. They are the largest muscle group in the body. Squats, leg presses, extensions...all will help add mass to the entire body. do a split routine so you work maybe just two body parts at each workout, and concentrate on making each part bigger.

Switch from whey protein to bee pollen. Whey is a very "low quality" protein. Bee pollen has more protein, pound for pound, than a steak. It is also a complex carb. and contains the highest source of natural B vitamins (your body needs the B vitamins in order to produce energy). The highest quality of bee pollen available would be from beeroyalproducts.com. You can mix a tablespoon with your smoothie or shake. You will find your workouts will be more intense after the first day and should progress from there. Plus it is cheap! About 15 bucks and it should last about thirty days. You should also take a teaspoon the first time because it is so high in amino acids that it could upset your stomach until you get used to it. But you won't believe the results. Bee pollen also contains trace minerals and the vitamins C and E.

Drink plenty of protein and increase your weight. There is a product called Criotein that you can take about 20 minutes before you work out. What this does is reduces the amount of amino acids that you muscles lose while lifting. Ultimatley allows you to lift heavier weight for longer durations of time. I know I'm a chick, but I have been lifting for about 8 years now and whenever I start to lose the cut look in my arms I take criotein for a few weeks before I work out to get my muscles to show. My problem is that I have plenty of muscle when I flex, but I lose the "swell" after I work out. I'm not so sure you really want to gain weight in the pack on weight sense, it sounds like you want to build muscle weight. If that is the case, the protein and criotein will certainly help. You can get it at the gym, or GNC stores, vitamin stores, etc... Good Luck! P.S. You should work out more than 3 times a week. Don't work the same muscles every day. Example: Monday do your arms and chest, back... Tuesday switch to legs, Wednesday back to arms. Your muscles need time to heal (about a day) or you will not help yourself. You can, however, do your abs everyday...

Yes, eat more, lots more! Next lift the heavest weight possible 3 times for 3 reps in each excersice. Do that for 4-5 times a week and you will definitly gain lean heavy muscle.

You mean muscle mass, right? Whey protein, 1 gram per pound of body weight per day, and increase your weights- your muscles will grow when you put an unusual demand on them.

The types of food makes a difference as to the weight you gain. Console a health expert (at your health food store) to determine if foods you are currnetly eating may cause you to loose wieght as opposed to gaining mass.

Whey protein shakes helped me when I hit that point. I started taking them right after workouts and I started gaining again.
