If you are asking about Christian rebirth then it's not a physical rebirth it's a spititual rebirth.
It's the putting aside of worldly ways in the persuit of Godly ways.
So yes, rebirth makes sense.

Yes because when u are reborn, ur not literally re-born from ur mother like a baby. You are spiritually reborn, u are spiriually born and made new, it symbolises a new beginning in your life.
