How in the world would one have nicotine stains on the toes unless they are a double arm amputee and have to do daily tasks with their feet and toes? If that is the case, it would be near impossible just as it is in removing the stains from ones fingers.

Well it can be removed from fingers with Clorox bleach. So it should work just as well on the toes. But I have to ask how it got on your toes?
